nature of real estate asset ownership. Fractionlisation of property is gaining traction, and we shall aim to reduce the entry barriers for small investors. Asset trading costs, asset ownership and management costs will be reduced to a minimum as well as instant sale will be possible without any need for heavy discounting due to distress or urgency. In the second phase, we shall utilise the market knowledge of our research and investment division to launch investment products that democratize wealth and promote inclusion. The target segment will be able to own real estate, generating strong stream of passive income.
